A modern decorative lantern
Well, if you want to get all fancy and stuff you could call this a LED Lampion - lampion usually being an oil or candle burning lamp for outdoor use. It's a modern version of the classic paper and wood round lantern, but instead of candle or oil this lamp is illuminated by LED. The LED light can be switched to either slowly cycle through its entire color range or it can be paused on a specific color.
